In a safe, supportive space, EMDR is used to process relational and childhood trauma so you can feel more secure and grounded in relationships.

I became a therapist because I’ve witnessed how childhood trauma and relational wounds can shape a life, leaving people stuck in fear, anxiety, and patterns of abandonment. I’m passionate about guiding clients to heal, reclaim their power, and build secure, fulfilling relationships with themselves and others.
